TASTING NOTES: Kyrö Wood Smoke follows an old northern custom where the rye has been introduced to a touch of alder smoke in a 100-year-old "riihi" barn. Alder wood tends to produce aromas that are reminiscent of campfire smoke and the forest yielding a rather delicate smokiness which supports the rye flavours resulting in a balanced, complex whisky. Made in Finland using 100% malted wholegrain Finnish rye, this is unlike any rye you've experienced.
