TASTING NOTES: Nikka Whisky’s first distillery and guardian of their tradition, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido. A subtle blend of Yoichi casks of various ages, of which a large portion was matured in ex-sherry casks, the perfect representative of Nikka’s historic Japanese single malt expresses a delicate balance between smoky, fruity and floral aromas with refined coastal and peat notes.

TASTING NOTES: This offering is triple-distilled and matured in hand-selected Spanish Sherry barrels. It pours a vibrant deep amber colour and has intriguing aromas and flavours of orange, dried apricot, red plum and oak spice. Notes of vanilla, raisin and balsamic lead to a lengthy finish. Pair with shortbread cookies.

TASTING NOTES: Smoke & Mirrors Peated Stout Cask Single Malt is like no other. A combination consisting of 10% double malt and 30% triple peated malt, each matured in ex-bourbon cask and 60% triple distilled malt aged in ex-bourbon, and finished in ex-imperial stout casks. The result is a soft, rich whiskey with sweet notes of smoked chocolate, honey, espresso, and a hint of sea salt.

TASTING NOTES: For 2023, we created a delicately balanced blend of 7-year, 13-year and 16-year bourbons, that is then finished in Tokaji casks.
