There will be 12 wine booths, each with 1-2 varieties. Each guest with a wine ticket may sample one single wine from each of the wine booths.

Ser Lapo Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG

Belguardo Vermentino Maremma Toscana DOC
This Vermentino in purity reflects the production philosophy of the Marchesi Mazzei. Vermentino is an indigenous grape variety that has its home by the Tyrrhenian sea coast, with its minerality and sapidity, shows great identity, juiciness and freshness.

Gerard Bertrand Cuvee 101 Les Arbousiers
From a hundred-year-old parcel cultivated for the first time in 1920 by Paule Bertrand. The nose has a beautiful aromatic complexity mixing black fruits, dried flowers and spicy notes. On the palate, the aromas of black fruits and spices fully express the terroir. 18 months of barrel ageing gives it complexity and length.

An exciting opportunity to try Pinot Noir's expression in the terroir of northern Italy. Aged in concrete instead of oak, this Pinot Nero is light bodied and focused on bright and juicy red berries with a telatale earthy forest floor component. Perfect with poultry.

Italo Cescon Pinot Grigio
One of the top Pinot Grigios of Italy outside the premium price point. Zippy and fresh while still retaining a smooth, round mouthfeel. Flavours of intense white fleshed fruits with hints of white flowers and salinity.

1000 STORIES WINES

1000 Stories
Lodi’s historic old vine Zinfandel sites contribute the largest portion of this blend, along with fruit from Mendocino County and San Luis Obispo. Warm afternoons in Lodi enhance the berry flavours while fruit from the cooler coastal regions bring softer characteristics and balance. In the bold tradition of 1000 Stories, Batch 88 was aged in French and American oak barrels, then finished in aged bourbon barrels. Our Zinfandel Batch 88 is light to medium bodied with a soft tannin structure and lengthy finish. The layered flavours of Zinfandel coupled with our bold barrel ageing method result in noted of cranberries, prunes, Marcona almonds, toffee, oregano and thyme.

BLACK SAGE VINEYARD

Black Sage Vineyard Merlot
Luscious blackberries, dark plums, mocha, and vanilla spice are on the nose and palate. The tannins are soft and approachable. The finish is rich and persistent with pleasant flavours lingering long after the last sip.

Black Sage Whisky Barrel Aged Red
Rich whiskey notes, toasted vanilla, blackberries, baking spices and hints of earthiness on the nose and palate.
